You can rent your property with Zazume starting from €59. We offer various services and prices to cater to your needs at each stage of your rental. If you choose the 'Tenant Search' service, note that we operate on a success basis: you only pay if we find a tenant that interests you. If we don't find a tenant for your property, you won't have to pay anything. The fee for renting your property is one month's rent as a service fee, which we deduct from the first rent payment of your tenants, so you don't have to advance any money. Additionally, we provide a 12-month guarantee, so if the tenant decides to terminate the contract within the first year, you won't have to pay the service fee again.

To guarantee your rent, we have created three rates to accommodate the needs of each property owner. The prices are: 4.5% of the monthly rent + VAT if you only want to guarantee your rent and manage the rental yourself. 5.5% of the monthly rent + VAT if, in addition to guaranteeing your rent, you want us to manage your rental, handle tenant issues, and everything that may arise.
