First of all, we make sure that the chosen tenant is solvent and has sufficient income to cover the rent and any unforeseen events that may arise. Secondly, Zazume acts as an intermediary between you and the tenant. For this we take care of collecting the rent from the tenant and on the 10th of each month we deposit the money in your bank account. In case of delays or non-payments by the tenant, you will continue to receive your rent as usual while we initiate the claim.

Of course! Although we take care of all the steps to resolve the incident, you will receive notifications every time you collect the rent and in case of non-payment we will also contact you. You will be able to follow your case in real time through the Zazume platform or with your personal advisor either by mail, phone or WhatsApp.
