If you are interested in a property, you should first visit the property details page and fill out the form. You can find it on the upper right of the page. You will be able to schedule your visit in just a few clicks. Don't let the opportunity pass you by and take advantage of it while it lasts.

My appointment had been scheduled automatically, what should I do now?

The email address you have provided will be used to confirm your appointment. In the course of the visit, you will be invited to our platform, from which you can follow the process in detail. The five simple steps to being settled in your new home are reservation, solvency check, contract signing, first payment, and supply change.

How can I locate the visit confirmation email?

In the event that you do not find the confirmation email of the visit in your email, you can write to alquileres@zazume.com with the link or the reference of the apartment you are interested in, and your name, so that our team will be able to address the issue as soon as possible.

What documentation is required for a lease on an apartment?

To verify your solvency, we will need some documents from you or your guarantors. A photo of your identity card is necessary first, then you will need to provide documentation proving your employment status, whether you are an employee, self-employed, pensioner or student.
