What is Zazume, and how does it differ from a traditional agency?

We are a leading platform in the long-term rental sector whose mission is to digitize the entire rental process and ensure your monthly rent, no matter what happens. To achieve this, we have created a platform that provides visibility and control over your properties throughout the marketing and rental management process. Unlike traditional agencies, our strength lies in the use of technology. What is the cost of guaranteeing my rent with Zazume and protecting myself against defaults?

To guarantee your rent, we have created three pricing plans to accommodate the needs of each property owner. The prices are as follows: 4.5% of the monthly rent + VAT if you only want to guarantee your rent and manage the rental yourself. 5.5% of the monthly rent + VAT if, in addition to guaranteeing your rent, you want us to manage your rental, handle tenant issues, and deal with any unforeseen circumstances. Lastly, 10% of the monthly rent + VAT if you want to receive rent for your apartment even if it's vacant because the tenants have left. You decide which plan suits you best!

What is the process to determine if a tenant is solvent?

To verify a tenant's solvency, we initially request documentation from each tenant and/or guarantor who will appear in the lease agreement (pay stubs, employment contract, ID or identification document). Once we have this documentation, we verify the provided economic data and conduct a solvency study. During the study, we assess whether the tenants have sufficient income to cover the rent and cross-check their information with credit databases.

What requirements do I need to meet to purchase rent protection insurance? And to qualify for guaranteed rent?

Both in rent protection insurance and guaranteed rent, the basic requirement is the evaluation of the tenant's economic solvency. In our guaranteed rent service, we ensure that the tenant is financially stable since we guarantee rent payment to the landlord every 10th of the month, whether the tenant pays or not. Another requirement is an active lease agreement. You can opt for guaranteed rent in both tenant search and an existing contract, where we would conduct a solvency study of the tenants to determine the viability of guaranteed rent.

If I decide to rent with Zazume, how long is the coverage in case of non-payment?

Our guarantee provides unlimited coverage for as long as you rent your property, depending on the service you choose. In addition to protecting against non-payments, it also covers legal expenses, vandalism, property damage, and other related costs.
