Do you know someone who wants to rent out their home or another tenant who wants to earn rewards on their rental? Invite them to Zazume and you'll both win.

If you invite a landlord:
If they're looking for a tenant, you'll earn 20,000 points and they'll earn €100. If they let us manage their rental, you'll get 5,000 points and they'll get €25 (for properties with a minimum monthly rent of €600).
If you invite another tenant to Zazume Rewards:
When they upload their contract and make their first rent payment, you'll each earn 500 points.

Who can take part in the referral programme?

You can take part whether you're a landlord or a tenant. You just need a Zazume account and to send your invitation from the referral programme. The reward will depend on the profile of the person you invite and the service they end up using.

Who can I invite?

If you're a landlord, you can invite other landlords who want to find a tenant or leave the management of their rental in Zazume's hands. If you're a tenant, you can invite both landlords and other tenants. Each type of invitation has its own conditions and rewards.

How does it work if I'm a landlord?

Invite another landlord to sign up for Zazume and hire one of our services: · If they hire the marketing of their property, you'll each receive €100. · If they leave the management of their rental in Zazume's hands, you'll each receive €25. In this case, the monthly rent must be at least €600. The reward will be delivered when the invited person signs the corresponding contract.

How does it work if I'm a tenant?

As a tenant, you can invite both landlords and other tenants. · If you invite a landlord and they hire the marketing of their property: you'll receive 20,000 points and the invited person, €100. · If the landlord hires the management of their rental: you'll receive 5,000 points and the invited person, €25. The monthly rent must be at least €600. · If you invite another tenant, they'll need to sign up using your invitation, upload a contract to Zazume Rewards, and make their first rent payment with Zazume. Once they complete the process, you'll each receive 500 points.

When will we receive the reward?

You'll both receive your reward at the same time, once the invited person completes the corresponding process. For landlords, it'll be when they sign the marketing or management contract. For tenants, when they upload their rental contract and make their first payment with Zazume Rewards.

How much time does my invitee have to complete the process?

They have three months from the moment they sign up using your invitation. If they complete the process within that time, you'll both receive your reward. If the invitation expires beforehand, they'll no longer be able to benefit from the promotion.

Can I invite several people?

Yes. You can send as many invitations as you want and get a reward for every person who completes the process. The more friends you invite, the more rewards you can earn.

What are Zazume Rewards points for?

You can redeem them to pay less on your rent or to get gift cards from your favourite brands. You can also keep earning points every time you pay your rent on time and when you do your day-to-day shopping with our partner brands.
