Which AI assistants are compatible?

Any that supports connectors, like ChatGPT and Claude. You use the one you already have: no need to switch tools or install anything new.

Is it safe to connect my account to an AI?

Yes. The connection uses OAuth, the same “sign in with...” standard you already use on other websites: you don't give the assistant your password, you give it a permission you can remove whenever you want.

What can the AI see and do with my data?

Exactly the same as what you can see and do in Zazume with your role. An owner accesses their portfolio, a tenant their contract, an agent their leads.

Do I need to be tech-savvy to connect it?

No. It is done from your assistant's settings: you paste an address, sign in with your Zazume account and that's it. It is explained in the connection guide.

Can I revoke access?

At any time and with no consequences: you disconnect the connector and the assistant immediately loses access.

Does it have a cost?

It is included in your Zazume account. You will need, however, an account in the assistant you use and a plan that allows adding connectors.

What is an MCP and what can it do?

It is a connector that links your Zazume account with your AI assistant (ChatGPT, Claude...). It gives it permission to read and work with your rental data when you authorize it, so you can ask it in plain language instead of going into the panel. You decide what it sees and disconnect it whenever you want.
