My appointment had been scheduled automatically, what should I do now?
The email address you have provided will be used to confirm your appointment. In the course of the visit, you will be invited to our platform, from which you can follow the process in detail. The five simple steps to being settled in your new home are reservation, solvency check, contract signing, first payment, and supply change.
Do I have to upload all my documentation through the platform?
In order to verify your solvency we will need some documents from you or your guarantors. First of all photographs of your identity card, then you will need to add documents verifying your employment status depending on whether you are an employee, self-employed, pensioner or student.
