Secondly, Zazume acts as an intermediary between the tenant and you. We collect the rent from the tenant, and on the 10th of each month, we deposit the money into your bank account. In case of delays or non-payment by the tenant, you will continue to receive your rent as usual while we initiate the necessary collection procedures.

How do I verify that the tenants you provide are solvent?

Firstly, through the Zazume platform, you will have visibility of all the information about the tenants applying to rent your property, including their documentation (pay stubs, employment contract, etc.). The same applies to any guarantors added if necessary. Having real-time visibility of this information allows you to determine if they meet the solvency requirements or not. Additionally, we have a verification system that checks if the person is included in any credit bureau databases and calculates their suitability for renting your property based on the rent amount and the provided financial and employment information.

What is the cost of renting my property with Zazume?

You can rent your property with Zazume starting from 59€. We offer various services and prices to adjust to your needs at each stage of your rental. If you choose the 'tenant search' service, we operate on a success basis: you only pay if we find a tenant that suits your requirements. If we don't manage to rent your property, you won't have to pay anything. The fee for renting your property is one month's rent, and this amount will be deducted from the first rent payment from your tenants, so you won't have to advance any money. Additionally, we offer a 12-month guarantee, so if the tenant decides to terminate the contract before the first year, you won't have to pay the fee again.

What is your rental process like?

The first step is for you to complete the form with your property details. Our team will check everything, and if you've requested it, we'll send a professional photographer to take pictures of your property. Once we have all the information, we'll publish your property on top portals and work to ensure it gets the best visibility. All you have to do is sit back and wait for the perfect tenant.

What is the process to determine if a tenant is solvent?

To verify a tenant's solvency, we first request documentation from each tenant and/or guarantor who will appear in the lease agreement (pay stubs, employment contract, ID or identification document). Once we have this documentation, we verify the economic data provided and conduct a solvency study. During the study, we assess whether the tenants have sufficient income to cover the rent, and we also check their information against credit bureau databases.

How do you know if a tenant is solvent if they don't offer guarantees?

When a tenant doesn't provide guarantees, as a landlord, you can request a rental bank guarantee or include guarantors in the lease agreement. This means that, in case of non-payment, another person will take responsibility for the payment. However, it is necessary to conduct a solvency study of the tenant's guarantor before proceeding.
